Q: What can be refilled?

Ongoing medications a doctor confirms are right for you — for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, asthma, allergies, birth control, and more. Controlled substances are never prescribed, and neither are clonidine or gabapentin.

Q: What do I need to have ready?

The medication name, the dose, how you take it, and the pharmacy you want it sent to. Having the bottle or your last label in front of you helps.

Q: Do you need my old records or my previous doctor?

No. Tell the doctor what you take and why. They confirm it is still right for you in the chat and send the refill.

Q: How much can be refilled at once?

Up to a 30-day supply per visit. Start another visit when you are running low.

Q: My prescription lapsed a while ago. Can it be restarted?

Often, yes. Tell the doctor when you stopped and why. If restarting is right for you, they prescribe it; if something should be checked first, they will say so.

Q: Can I send it to a different pharmacy?

Yes. Prescriptions go electronically to any pharmacy in the United States — the one you pick during the visit.

Q: How much does a visit cost?

One flat price per visit, with no insurance and nothing recurring. See the pricing page for the current price. Medication is separate and paid to your pharmacy, where many options are generic.

Q: Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per visit and come back only when you need another one — a refill, a question, or something new.
