Q: How does a visit work?

Download the app, sign up with your email, and describe what is going on. A licensed doctor joins the chat, asks what matters, and decides on a plan with you. Any prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose, usually the same day.

Q: How do prescriptions work?

Sent electronically to any pharmacy in the United States, up to a 30-day supply per visit. Medication is paid to the pharmacy.

Q: Can I get a doctor's note?

Yes, for days off, up to five days, when the doctor sees you and agrees you should rest.
